E-WASTE RECYCLING
The purchase and use of electronic products continues to rapidly grow every year. According to the Consumer Electronics Association, Americans now own approximately 24 electronic products per household! Unlike household trash, many electronic products contain materials such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic which are toxic to our environment. As now required by State Law, the Village is implementing an e-waste recycle program which will be handled the same as bulk pick up. Residents can call the DPW during regular business hours to schedule an e-waste pick up.
