Long and Lean adult exercise classes are normally held in from September to December of every year.   Classes are held in the lower level of Village Hall on Monday and Thursday.  This program is offered free to residents, thanks to grant funding obtained through Nassau County.   The Long and Lean exercise program involves gentle stretching, some Pilates exercise, and light weights. Participants are encouraged to bring an exercise mat and towel. Water is available to all participants.   Registration normally takes place before the beginning of the first class in September. This program has become very popular over the past few years, with a number of dedicated participants.
