Tonight’s concert has been moved to Marcus Christ Hall

Due to the inclement weather forecast, tonight’s concert, Shining Star, a tribute to the music of Earth Wind & Fire, has been moved indoors to Marcus Christ Hall, located next to Village Hall at 1420 Jericho Tpke.  Admission is free.  Seating is available and the Hall is air-conditioned.   The public is welcome.

Nationwide relief effort for the victims of Hurricane Maria

Senator Elaine Phillips is inviting you to join her office and Long Island Cares to assist in the nationwide relief effort by collecting much needed water for the victims of Hurricane Maria. Unfortunately, the residents of Puerto Rico have been left without several resources needed to survive, including safe drinking water. It is crucial that we come together during this catastrophic time to assist Puerto Rico in its path toward recovery. 

2017 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

In September, the Village Board awarded the Road Improvement Project bid to Intercounty Paving with a winning (and lowest) bid of $319,030. Sections of three roads were selected for repair:

New Hyde Park Children’s Theatre

Marilyn McClean will direct two new family shows in the William Gill Theatre. The first show is Jingle Jury, a holiday musical to celebrate the holiday season. Shows will be held on Friday, December 8 at 7 pm , Saturday, December 9 at 2 pm, and Sunday December 10 at 12:30PM.
